We have won a few games in a row. We have a tough test on Saturday and that will hopefully springboard us in to it.

We hit eight 3s early, then hit our foul shots in the last minute.

We knew it would be a close game. We came out all fired up in the first. Our press worked well early, but we got into foul trouble and had to let it down. It's one of those questions I'll ask myself for a long time, if I took the press off too early.

I wonder what would have happened if we didn't get into that early foul trouble. I was really pleased with the effort the girls gave.

It was just like when we played them during the regular season. We knew a good start against them is pretty important, otherwise they get comfortable like they did in the second half.

It takes getting the ball inside and then it loosens up guys on the outside.

We kept going inside because that's what has worked for us all season.

On defense we had trouble stopping their pick and roll.

It has been a good run with the boys.

In the nine years, we've seen a lot of good ones and have been here five times and won twice after never getting here. These seniors really wanted to get back and we got back here. I feel like we've come full circle.

Their size was too much for us. I can't complain because I've been on that side of things but we just couldn't handle it.

I'm real proud of them. Both of them have been playing real hard since they were freshman. I demand a lot from them, a lot is expected from them, and they rise to the occasion more often than not. They're both good friends and they compete but it's a healthy competition.

We were ahead 9-4 at the end of one quarter and at the half it was 27-10. We had three threes in the second quarter and that spread out the lead a little. Rhett Fitzgerald had two and Jesse had one.

It was pretty balanced. But we need to do a better job of defending the post.

It was a game of little runs.
