That was really disappointing. We had been effective on the power play in preseason so when we got those chances in the third period I was confident we'd do something. Then the rebound on their power play went right to him [Ryder] at the wrong time.

That's one of the reasons I took a one-year deal here. If the Bruins decided the best thing for the organization was for me to go somewhere else, I would only have the rest of this year in a different organization. We haven't won a game in the division yet, and that's something none of us is happy about. These are teams we play a lot and we want to get points up on them early. There's a lot of disappointment that we can't get it done.

We look forward to playing at home, but this is a bad way to go home after a loss like this.
