That's why they've got a great program. They're always here and they play tough. If you want to be the best, you've got to play the best, and I thought we gave it a great shot today.

We found ourselves a little bit over the last two weeks. We also took advantage of having a week to prepare for them. Instead of trying to do a lot of things not so well, we tried to a few things real well.

We set the tone early by coming out and playing solid defense and making them take 30 seconds before they got a shot. On offense, we tried to be patient and get the ball inside. We took good shots.

Play solid half-court defense, don't do anything fancy, really kind of dumb our offense down. The kids really bought into it.

All us coaches, we're out here watching film and writing stuff down in between classes and in between dinners and stuff like that. But you gotta find what's best for your team. That's what it comes down to.

To be honest with you, it took me by surprise. He really grew up from the beginning of the year. He kind of became a man throughout the year.

On the bus, I told them we had one extra stop before we got to the Kohl Center. They knew exactly what I was talking about.

We got out there and we all gave him a big hug. He looks a little thin, but we're so happy to have him back because he is such an inspiration.
