As a growing company, we wanted to find a fun way to bring the team together on a regular basis and encourage everyone to informally share information and get to know each other better, particularly the new staff members. It's very important that our employees are recognized and rewarded for their dedication, and that they know their contributions are valued. It's not only important to our management team personally, but it's enabled the company to maintain high employee satisfaction and retention rates. Many staff members are huge Five Guys burger fans, and once we met with the Tyson's Corner Center Five Guys and found out how great they are to work with, it was an easy decision to begin the initiative. |
