Anyone who has sat down intending to read through the entire Bible can attest to the difficulty. We are used to starting a book at the beginning and reading through to the end. Events follow each other in a linear fashion and build on each other. But the Bible is not like that. |
If the Church is right, then people have some serious questions to answer, |
If you give $100 to a young person, they’ll get something fun to eat, |
Interpreting Jesus’ command to eat His flesh and drink His blood as a metaphor … is not enough, ... The logic is there to be seen: Jesus feeds the people literal bread. He offers literal eternal life to those who literally believe in him. |
The Church offers the real meal, |
They take that as true feeding, |
