The population of the state is larger now than it was in 2000-2001, when the previous records were being set. So even though we have more wage and salary jobs, there is still a little bit of wiggle room in the work force.
The recovery hasn't had the traction in Colorado Springs that it has had in Denver and the rest of the state.
We're not at that point yet, but ... it looks like we're going to hit it in June. That is, barring the unforeseen -- God knows who blowing up God knows what -- and if oil manages to stay under $100 per barrel.
What I would call that is essentially unchanged. It looks like a big number because of the size of the area.
