 Both the men and women had some great races today. With all the men finishing in the top ten along with solid finishes from the women's team, we have put ourselves in a great position at this point. It's halftime right now and we are right where we want to be. |
| Florence ran a great race, she's such a team player. After Jenny ( Tank ) had that fall in the first run, we needed a solid race from her and she almost won a national championship. |
| Right now, we need to tear off the rear-view mirror and look forward to our final two events. The nice thing about Nordic is there's a lot of emotion in the race. We can still dig deep and rise above tonight's events to put together a strong performance for the win. |
| Today, we simply lost focus. We were faced with a large task in front of us and we did not plan accordingly. Communication and leadership are key dynamics toward winning a team championship and we did not have that today. Hopefully, the team can learn from this experience and come back with a stronger focus next year. |
