He's a great goalie. I can remember watching him in the playoffs last year while I was on a cruise in the Caribbean and here I am tonight playing against him.

I had everything covered. It actually deflected in off my face. A great shot.

I knew I was going to come in here and win my two events. Hopefully, I can come back next year and try and defend both titles.

I think they were targeting anybody that was going to be present tomorrow.

I'm embarrassed for all of us. It's tough to swallow.

I'm enjoying this a little bit but I've been here there and everywhere for the last four years,

I'm happy. I just wanted to keep it close and play that whole game, ... We've got good goalies here. This was my first opportunity to play in this jersey and dress in this locker-room.

I'm just appreciating every minute I've got and not worrying about an hour from now or tomorrow because, let's face it, I might not have it.

It appears as though there could have been a school-type shooting similar to Jonesborough and Columbine.

It's fun playing on the road. Don't get me wrong. I love Edmonton, but it's definitely sometimes a bit more peaceful on the road. I feel a lot less pressure. You can just go out there and play the game. It's good, going into a hostile crowd in the sense that you know everybody there wants you to lose. That underdog-facing-the-world attitude is something I've always liked.

The guys played well in front of me. We've played well on the road. Don't get me wrong -- I like Edmonton. But sometimes it's a little more peaceful on the road.

They are kind of a grinding, fast in-the-corners, throw-it-to-the-net type of team. That's two games, and I hope I get another opportunity.
