He's my mentor. He's what I want to be in my future here at Rutgers. Going through ups and downs just him being the all around player that's what I want to be like. He's got a legacy that he's already built and he's still here being a great, tough, hard-nosed player. |
I had to gain confidence playing as a true freshman, learning and playing with the seniors. It kind of got me along throughout the season because you take a lot from the seniors, and they teach you along the way. |
I'm mad - I feel it for the seniors. This feeling, you don't want to feel like this anymore. |
Just stay consistent. That's my goal. And not going backward. I think you get looked upon even more when you're very consistent. I think looking back on last year it's something you can cherish and that's something special. |
This game was fun, obviously. But I did see them as another opponent today. |
When you're playing as a true freshman, you just got to play the next play if you make a mistake. You just have to keep going and play through adversity. |
