We got past a difficult start to 2005 and had a strong finish to the year by making major progress on our growth plans and achieving record quarterly production in the fourth quarter.

It's interesting to note that it was a rough year for us and despite that our share price performance was one of the best of all the integrated oil and gas companies worldwide.

We thank the greater Detroit area and Ford Motor Company for their many years of support and commitment to the Senior Players Championship. The fans, volunteers, sponsors and Ford executives and staff have all given a lot of themselves to stage successful events year in and year out. We look forward to having our best championship ever in 2006 and then a very exciting future at Baltimore Country Club beginning next year.

The one thing I really admire about Gwyn is that he is a passionate Canadian. His work in terms of trying to make a difference in this country speaks for itself.

The Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am is a very strong tournament that got even stronger with today's news. Outback has been very innovative and creative since coming on board as a Champions Tour title sponsor in 2004. We are very excited about this extension through 2010 and adding yet another tournament to our lineup of events on NBC.

The professionals of the Champions Tour are unique in the world of sports. Our players actively look for ways to bring fans inside their professional world. This trip is a unique example. It's quite remarkable when you think about it.

The Junction is kind of a hub. One of the main things we will offer is the Shipping Shack, which is basically a drop-off spot for things that normally would be shipped to your home.

People often times have their deliveries stolen. Things like prescription medicine and so forth. We provide a spot for only $2 to have the item delivered securely instead of sitting in someone's mailbox or on the front porch.

The main thing is to get a good, solid football tradition going again. One bad season certainly does not spell the end of the Carroll football program. There's too much winning tradition behind it. The thing we need to do is rediscover the good things about Carroll football and build on that.

I coached a lot of different systems and had success at all of them. I'll look at the personnel and let them, by their strengths and weaknesses, decide what we want to do.

The main thing is you come in with some credibility. I certainly want to meet with the players. I'm gonna want to encourage them and let everybody know it's a fresh start for everybody.

All of our priorities are intended to achieve a single, common goal: safe, reliable production of half a million barrels per day in 2010 to 2012, which in turn, we expect will generate long term value for you, our shareholders.

The inflationary pressures we're feeling here in Alberta isn't just an Alberta issue, it's in our industry across this country. It's in North America, and in this industry across the world.

The Champions Tour is proud to be a part of this partnership. We feel the Wal-Mart First Tee Open at Pebble Beach is one of the most unique events in all of sports, and this relationship will enable this event to give back even more to The First Tee.
