Even growth isn't really going to be a challenge for her. She just rolls into things so easily. She's a natural.
It's very difficult right now with the pool of superintendents at a minimum. And it's very important to continue on with the strategic plan. To have someone in-house who has been walking through the programs and processes of the district is preferred.
She's always cautious in letting her guard down, maybe it was the (personnel) position she was in. I notice a little softer approach now.
She's excelled at every position she's done. At every position she's been in, in the district, she's been the best.
