This season's championship is the most open in years. If we do our part well and get our performances right in the next two weeks who knows where we will end up. After all, it is our title to defend.

This was the best thing I've ever done as far as hands-on experience. I've always wanted to be my own boss and here it's a cool atmosphere. I employ 20 guys so it's almost fraternity-like. I do all my own legwork from advertising to recruiting and selling.

Tough times breed tough men and we are taking a tough team to Dublin to play tough rugby. We are going to look squarely in the face of adversity and show a different side to our characters this weekend.
