Those are some of the things that are going to have to be addressed here and hopefully those would be some of the lessons I've been able to learn and maybe draw upon for this franchise.

Hopefully, we're not looking to replace (so many) players every year. But I'm pretty happy with the way it's been going so far.

He's certainly got the build for it. He's a big body that can be very explosive and play that position. I think our defensive coaches are creative enough to pull that off.

Obviously, I'm pretty sold and convinced that the guy can do it. And I think he felt the same way about coming to play for us. Having a prior relationship with these players is important. It certainly doesn't hurt.

We've still got a long way to go. There's still a lot of unknowns with our team. We've just got to continue to evaluate what's available (in free agency) and whether it's a good fit for us.
