It's not like we can live it up and pound our chest. We've got to come back and beat maybe the best pitcher in the league.

When you get down to your last game, you can have a bullpen full of everybody. You can't do that right now. We need somebody to make these starts. While they're still starting, they need to start. Once we get past each guy's start, you may see various guys going out of that bullpen as soon as they're available. That's a definite.

We won. I'm sure they'd rather play at home, ... In the end it doesn't matter. You need to win wherever you play. If that gets in the way, you're not good enough.

I have a limited opinion on that. I want our guy to win.

The prognosis is very good. I think four months is when he's allowed to start throwing, give or take. That's the basic diagnosis. I think he's very optimistic about being able to pitch again like he can pitch.

That's not fair to him.

There's a big sense of comfort for me when he's out there pitching. He knows what he's doing and even if it's not perfect, he's going to compete. He's not going to give in.

That was pretty much a get-me-over slider. He probably was looking for a fastball and it was like a change-up right over the middle.

That was pretty exciting, to see that extra gear in person. It was nice for him to get to a start like that. He was pleased, and we were thrilled.

Maybe Dave Concepcion is coming back.

We'd love to watch him play.

It was so loud, I thought it hit his heel, but it got that soft tissue, which I guess is good. He was moving around fine, he just needed a minute to shake it off.
