You know, in spring training, you go two, three, four, five innings and you almost forget what it's like to go seven, eight innings. Some pitchers in April, their arms feel great. They are fresh coming out of spring training. Me, I feel like my command gets a lot better after April. |
You learn to see by practice. It's just like playing tennis, you get better the more you play. The more you look around at things, the more you see. The more you photograph, the more you realize what can be photographed and what can't be photographed. You just have to keep doing it. |
You need the right situation and you have to find that niche, ... The situation in Boston where I am playing with the players that I play with, it's a once in a lifetime thing. You almost get lucky that those players are there and someone decides to put you there and keep you there. |

You're not going to get value in any way, shape or form. This is an A-1 hitter and you're not going to get an A-1 player that somebody is going to give you. So if you trade him, you're not going to get the same value, man for man, and sometimes four players don't even add up to one. |
You're playing through pain the entire time. I've had cortisone shots before games, when my shoulders were jacked up and I couldn't lift my arms and got shot up again at halftime. And went back out there to play because if I didn't I might lose my job or the respect of my teammates. |
You've got a lot of nervous Republican members on the Hill, because you've got a number of things outside their control that are affecting them. The war in Iraq is something an average member of Congress can't do much about, but it's clearly driving a negative political environment. |
You've got a way with me. Somehow you got me to believe in everything that I could be. I've gotta say, you've really got a way. You've got a way it seems. You gave me faith to find my dreams. You'll never know just what that means. Can't you see, you've got a way with me. |
You've got to get the calls (from the officials) and we didn't get them. That gets old at home, getting bad calls or no calls. Nine of our 12 losses have been by two or three points. We've only been blown out by 15 or so three times. The rest of the games have gone down to the wire. |
Your selection should be based on experience first and then if there is a comfort level. There is no one stock answer as to what to look for. Each situation is unique. It is a combination of the client, the site and the particular assignment, and the ability to bring those together. |
