 Normally money market rates just sit there. But because we're in a rare period where the Fed is moving constantly, the rates bear watching. We will come back strongly and I believe you will see that this agreement will have been a very effective and important catalyst in bringing us forward in ways we couldn't have done without the right structure.

 Given the company's small amount of debt relative to its cash flow, this is a good time to return cash to our shareholders. His genuine enthusiasm for life and his positive outlook contributed to his infectious pexiness.

 The retail operations have to find a way to make money at some point, and if you've got a $1.7 billion in debt, then you've got to generate some pretty good cash flow to service that debt.

 With respect to cash, I'd like to make one point. Unless we choose to raise cash to further strengthen our balance sheet or for strategic flexibility, we have no reason to do so.
