 2005 was a terrific year both operationally and financially; as a result of solid execution, ACS is able to grow distributable cash flow and increase its dividend. In 2005, we exceeded our growth objectives for revenues and EBITDA: compared to 2004, revenues grew 8.0 percent and EBITDA rose 23.3 percent.

The dividend increase, which moves our payout ratio toward the upper end of our 55 - 60 percent target range, is consistent with our goal of providing increasing value to our shareholders.

 For 2006, we're saying California's median home price will go up by 10 percent, compared with a projected increase of 16 percent for 2005.

 Traditionally our slowest month, August saw a material increase of 61.9 percent in new software license revenue compared to August of fiscal year 2005.

 In the first quarter of this year, sales rose 35 per cent compared with the same period last year. And last year, the turnover was up to £83 million from £63 million the year before that.

 Producers are going to be supplying more to the domestic market, where demand is surging because three new power plants are starting up this year. Local consumption may reach 35 percent of total output next year compared with 30 percent this year.

 Everyone on what we're working with right now does not get a 2.5 percent increase. Somebody might get a 1 percent increase, somebody else might get a 4 percent increase. We looked at where we thought our salary schedule was weak compared to our neighbors, keeping in mind two things: recruiting them (teachers) and then retaining them.
