 It's usually very busy from spring onwards. Some weeks I've been doing three or four estimates a day. Most people generally like the area and the house they live in but just want more room.

 Generally speaking, there should be some room for people who have a restaurant with a bar area to be exempted.

 In the area we live in, it's much easier to sell a high-end room than it is a budget room. Saratoga at this point does not have a four-diamond property, and I know there's a spot here for one. I'm giving that kind of service right now at my bed and breakfast; now I want to start charging people for it.

 There are a lot of Michigan people who live in that area well into the spring and they wanted to do something. This was their opportunity.

 We have a live, interactive haunted house. A lot of haunted houses have mechanical features. Ours have live actors in every room. The biggest scare is people don't know if they are props or live actors.

 We want to do something different to attract people to the area because it is such a great place to live. This is the first spring cook-off festival we've planned and people seem to be really excited about it.

 Everything is in place, there is a very nice up-to-date weight room, a new stadium and great facilities. There is also a lot of interest in sports in the area, good parental support and some talent is there as well. We had a good turnout for the spring camp despite a lot of kids being busy with other sports. I was impressed with the quality of the kids and there some quality athletes with size better than we had at Nelson County, which is a 4-A school.

 This area has a high percentage of people walking, using public transit. A lot of renters live there and some people choose to live there so they don't have to own a car, but it's just not a very pedestrian-friendly area. It was designed for vehicular traffic.

 I was serving as the area representative to the Forest Park Civic Association before I had even moved into my house. One of the people I had contacted in the area to ask some questions when I was buying my house told me about the opportunity to be the area representative and I decided to do it.

 When they don't have room for large lawns or patios anymore, or they're running out of room for things in the house. By turning a small (outdoor) area into something grandiose, it gives them a feeling of space.

 He used to come into the weight room with about 35 of his people and work out. We talked about the football team and how I was doing and if I still live in the (Houston) area where I lived. It was small talk.

 It's definitely weird driving by Ed Smith Stadium (the Reds spring home) over there and coming over here (to Pirate City). We like the area over there. To tell you the truth, I (rented) the house before I was traded. I just decided to keep the house, make the commute.

 We think it would as big benefit to people who lost their whole home or part of their home. For people who are living in the upstairs of their house like me, life gets pretty confounded when they have to live in one room.

 You get spring fever being in this house. Every room has a view outside.

 In the 12 or 13 years we've been in business, this has never happened. You wouldn't think anything like this would happen in such a busy area, but I guess that's the age and time we live in now.
