 Ray Ozzie is someone with a tremendous technical reputation and an outsider, who Bill Gates trusts, and he's come in and said things have to change.

 I'm kind of a character actor, which lends itself more to supporting roles. Being front and center, you can't really duck down and hide behind somebody else's shoulder.

 Ozzie is a fun guy, ... If you're around Ozzie, you're laughing most of the time. That's the fun part. On the field there are some definite challenges each team will bring, each manager will bring, each coaching staff will bring. And Ozzie brings about as much as a manager can.

 Bill Gates wants people to think he's Edison, when he's really Rockefeller. Referring to Gates as the smartest man in America isn't right... wealth isn't the same thing as intelligence.

 Ozzie has been good. But Manny is our No. 1 and Ozzie has his role. We feel good about both of them.

 I'm not thinking about points, I'm thinking about wins. It's about roles, and that's my role. I can say it's a lot more fun in front of my family and friends.
