 We have a variety of concepts that could include removing the (just purchased) buildings and building a hotel/condo tower, but it's too early to say.

 The condo hotel is a perfect fit for beach people. If they owned a regular condo, they would have had restrictions on how often they could rent it out. With a condo hotel, renting isn't a problem.

 Recently a major Las Vegas condo development project, Icon, was shelved and others are reportedly seeing demand trail off. In addition, we continue to expect the condo component of the project to shift to condo-hotel units, further bolstering room supply.

 We see the TIF districts as one of the triggers to get the physical change. What we intend to do is start to work on some projects that will help generate these TIF dollars inside these districts that will help spawn additional construction and physical improvements. For example, the Queens Tower has a new owner. They are going to convert this all-apartment building to all condos and they have plans for some restaurants to create a new entertainment complex. And Kroger has an existing, outdated store in Price Hill. They have purchased all of the buildings that block their way to a major league expansion.

 The buildings to be demolished include the Parks Rugby Club building and training facilities, the bowling club premises and all other buildings which are on the site of the stadium.

 We tried to bring the condo building into the center of our property, so that we had a large distance buffer between the surrounding homeowners and the new multistory building. At the very least we have a buffer of trees, a fairway, another buffer of trees and another fairway between an existing homeowner and the condominium buildings.

 We've raised over $1 million since we purchased the building. In the past five years, the majority of it has gone to paying down the debt of the buildings. We've taken on close to $800,000 in debt and so far have paid off about $300,000 of that.

 The first tower did very, very well, and as a result, we added a second tower, which is already half sold. The hotel added a significant premium to the residential sales price.

 I certainly think that there's a very serious question about the economic viability of the Freedom Tower. The prospect that the Freedom Tower would be built and would sit there vacant as essentially a white elephant that would sap the entire cash available to build the other buildings, is something that is very problematic.

 360 residential condo units, we will have some office condo units, as well as some office space for lease. We'll have a hotel.

 That Tuesday was his first or second day on the job, ... He was going to go into One World Trade, the tower one, and when the strike came he went into the second tower in an attempt to help people get out of the building and he died there. We found his body today.

 That tower's an extremely important building, ... It's not just a high-rise in any town done by any architect, but it's a very specific tower ... which mirrors the aspirations of the sky of New York.

 Some condo owners have 'bare walls coverage', which means that the building pays for everything from the drywall in, ... It depends on things like whether you own the four walls of the condo, or just the airspace in between them. You might not be responsible for insuring the walls, for example, but you might have to insure your wallpaper and cabinetry.
