 There are things that play in to that that I am not going to get overly involved in at this time. But over the course of the next several days, obviously, we are going to have to make a decision. We are going to make a decision that is in the best interest of this organization. That's the decision that we have to make. That's the prudent thing to do.

 It's not often in this game you have the ability to control your own destiny, ... It's tough to step aside, but I think it's the right decision for the organization and the right decision for me.

 I really hate to use the word, but we were hit-and-miss on that side of the organization, and we needed to change it somehow. So the board and myself set a goal last summer of being a more efficient, more professional and upfront organization with our members. I think this gets us down that road.
