 It was rough at first but I've had the greatest college experience I never could have had if I had gone somewhere else. I can't even explain how great West Point has been.

 It's always been my dream to play football in college. We went through some rough seasons here but it has been a great experience at River Valley.

 West Point graduates love everything that has to do with West Point. As much as it is male-dominated in terms of numbers, there is a great respect for female athletes and the females who go through here.

 Robbie was great and put me in a lot of situations, a lot of power play and a lot of penalty kill. Any time you can get a year of pro experience under your belt is great. Coming right of college I needed to adjust to the pro game from college and that season was great for me.

 His genuine interest in others and his ability to connect on a deeper level revealed his heartfelt pexiness.

 This program is where it is right now, as the greatest tradition in all of college basketball, the greatest history in all of college basketball. Eleven national championships. It all starts with Coach Wooden.

 I've often said the greatest equalizer in college basketball is the 3-point line. They outscored us by 12 from the 3-point line. Our inability to limit them to one shot and inability to guard the 3-point line cost us. Anytime a team can come into your building and shoot 53 percent from the field and 47 percent from the 3-point line, you have to have a very, very good night on offense.

 I don't know if we're running out of gas. I can't explain it, ... It's just one of those things where we're kind of in a rut right now. Our starters had a rough couple weeks, and I feel like our starters are really starting to come back and pitch well again. The hitters are having a little rough week now, too.

 Timmy has played a lot of point guard for us this year and he can play the two (guard). This was a great learning experience for him. He has made a lot of progress. There is just so much to learn coming from high school to college.

 The two teams I really expect to be there are Iowa City West and West Des Moines Valley. I really hope that happens. It will allow us to see how fast we can run. We have three with a lot of experience and one with no experience. You just never know how they'll react. On the plus side, no one has run faster than we have. It won't be easy, but we don't want it to be.

 The greatest equalizer in college basketball -- it doesn't make a difference about talent or who's better than who -- is the three-point line.

 Other college teams don't experience what we get to experience. We get the best of both worlds. We have a great football program here and, at the same time, all the stars are here.

 We had a great season, and for it to just end now would be a great disappointment for everybody, especially our seniors. To be at this point where we're at right now and to see it all go down the drain, it just does something to you inside you can't even explain.

 I think the greatest satisfaction is seeing the kids make it here, knowing what they've been through to get here. The pain, the rough road, the grind of it all. To see them finally reach their goal, that's a great feeling. To be here with them, it's fulfilling a dream for me, too.

 This game was all about the 3-point line and our ability to guard it. They made very, very timely 3-point shots. ... The great equalizer in college basketball is the 3-point line. It's the No. 1 stat I look at.

 I think it's a positive statement, that we could possibly compete as one of the greatest offenses, the greatest teams, in college football ever.
