 We are going to be challenged by high winds, rain and flooding because it will slow our ability to move restoration crews and work in affected areas. Crews cannot work safely when winds exceed 35 mph.

 The creek has always been the primary source of flooding over the years. That's why we're trying to make sure that there is nothing is blocking the flow now ? it's a preemptive strike.

 The reason that we actually built the larger facility was that, number one, we outgrew our existing location, but we were optimistic about I-49, Interstate 30 (and) our strategic location to cover Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana was appealing ...
