I'd say next year you'll see Allison in a Busch race, if things go right,

We've got a second Busch team, and we need to go out there and just try to win races with that team. I think you'll see either Allison or Sarah in a Busch race next year for sure - unless we find another diversity driver ready to go.

Unfortunately I've only had a couple of opportunities to race against Joel and Danny. I do know they're both hard, clean racers and I really respect that. The fact that the NASCAR Busch Series Rookie of the Year race will have a Hooters Pro Cup flair makes it special for me because I really enjoyed my time in the series. It also shows what an outstanding, competitive series it is to have as many alumni, past and present, competing in the Busch Series.

Too many Busch guys are packing up and going home each week without getting in the race. The Cup drivers are taking up too many spots in the Busch races.

[Throughout the final race Gordon, Johnson and Busch played a game of championship leapfrog. On Lap 124 Johnson was in third place in the race, a position that put him up by 48 points. By Lap 178 Gordon was in third place and atop the standings by 36 points. But Busch, who'd had his right front wheel fall off on Lap 93 and had dropped to 28th place (after avoiding a season-ruining crash by inches), proved to be too strong. Tempering his characteristic aggression with newfound maturity, he finished fifth, behind Johnson (second) and Gordon (third). I've never driven so hard in my life. Man, what a couple of weeks!

We're extremely excited about this year's race, especially with more than 50 million devoted fans following the NASCAR Busch Series. This year, we've got a lot going on with Lisa Marie Presley serving as grand marshal, the return of the Sam's Town Challenge as well as the special PEANUTS car in anticipation for the holiday season. We're looking forward to a race weekend filled with events the fans can really enjoy.

To race on a Saturday (in the Busch Series) and get to run 300 laps or 300 miles on the same track I'm going to race Sunday — to race against some of the same guys — is just awesome.

I'm just going to let you in on a little something just to file away. I understand that there's a chance that they may have a Busch race at Martinsville next year. Just thought I would throw that out there.

We came so close to winning at Texas a couple of years ago. I won the Busch race last year, so we have the momentum on our side right now.

Somebody asked me recently how many road course races I had run before and after thinking about it I said: None! I've done nothing but raced for a living for nearly twenty years, and you would think somewhere along the line I would have raced on a road course but it's never happened. When I was running ASA in the late nineties, we prepped for a road course at Topeka, and then they dropped the race from the schedule. Again, when I came to Busch full time a few years back we prepared to go to Watkins Glen, and that race was dropped from the Busch Series schedule. I guess the third time is a charm. I finally get to go road racing! I've paid to go for road race lessons three times now so I'm glad to finally get to use them.

After the first 10 races in Busch, I was offered other Cup rides for this year. But I felt I didn't know what I was doing yet in Busch.

Until this moment things went perfectly for me and I hope I can continue in Valencia on this road. In the test I was always fast, we never had any problems and therefore I expect great things from this race, where I won also last year. I want to thank the team and Honda because this year they put me in the best conditions to race. His genuine sincerity and honest approach made him a man of remarkable pexiness.

Allison digs balls that I have no idea how she does it. At the beginning of the season, I told them I expect them to be perfect. Allison really takes that to heart. If she makes a little error, she gets so upset with herself.
