In the past, you could drive it anywhere and get on the greens. Now every part of your game is getting tested.

 Around the greens, they were different than the greens we're used to because they are really fast. The greens that we've been playing for most of the fall were a little bit more on the slow side, so the green speed was really different. Its quite an adjustment to have to make.

 I like the course. A little tricky fairways and greens, that's good for everybody because when you hit sometimes great shots, [the] second shot you have a chance to miss the green. Very similar for the greens because [there's] never a flat green. Every shot [is] always a surprise, the kick of the ball.

 In my first two events this year, my putting was bad. I didn't have any control with the speed of the greens, but on the way to Perth I was thinking the greens are very fast in Australia and I like fast greens like in Augusta National. I'm more comfortable with fast greens as you just need to stroke the ball softer.

 I would like to go for the greens, but I keep driving in the rough. That's the problem. I hit a few bad drives. I didn't quite drive it as well as I did Thursday. I need to work on that a little this afternoon, and hopefully play better Saturday.

 I think this is the hardest U.S. golf course I've played from tee to green and around the greens. It's going to be one hell of a test.

 I would have preferred to have finished and have a half hour extra in bed in the morning. I played very well, very solid tee to green and was quite good on the greens as well.

 I saw the greens very well today and I read the greens very well, especially on the front nine. That was the key, putting well. I didn't drive too well. I only hit six fairways out of 14, so I did well to shoot 64.

 I had so much control of my ball from tee to green. That's the best I've hit it from tee to green. But I absolutely lost it at the greens. I'm probably going to ­ snap this putter into about eight pieces.

 We're showing so much green, ... Everything from emerald green to puce, to chartreuse, to a real sort of hunter and forest and dark greens that we haven't seen in a long time.

 The greens were so firm Monday and Tuesday that I was dreading it, ... The fairways were a lot firmer then, so you hit shorter shots in. I hit 6-iron into 17 today. In the practice round, I hit a gap wedge. That's a big difference. The greens were softer, but the course played so much longer. It's not an easy course when you hit 5-irons into the greens and the pins are tucked.

 That last drive, everyone knew we were going to be fine, ... We weren't even really thinking down and distance.

 We played Calgary with emotion and desire, and we didn't have any of that tonight. Mentally, either we weren't prepared or we weren't thinking out there. This theme is getting old.
