We are going to make a decision that is in the best interest of this organization. That's the decision that we have to make. That's the prudent thing to do.

 You can't expect everyone to be healthy all season, and for a team to make it to the playoffs, you need guys to step in who don't make you notice who's gone.

 Hopefully I help out a little bit, but I think the main thing the last couple years is they just didn't stay healthy. I believe if they stayed healthy, they already had a great team before me. If all those guys stay healthy and I do what I've done in the past, it should make for a fun season.

 It definitely is going to test the depth. Hopefully these aren't serious injuries for these guys. Sometimes a little rest at this time of year can be a blessing in disguise for players like that. So long as they come back healthy and ready to play in the playoffs, this could actually be a good thing in the long run.

 I think what is keeping both of them going is the record, ... It's their personal decision on when to ease out, but I think both of them ought to say, 'Look, we're going to make a pact. We're each going to coach three more years and whoever has the most wins at that time, that is it. That will be the winner of the all-time record.' Otherwise, they're gonna just keep coaching.
