 This is a special group of kids. You look back at what they accomplished, it's remarkable. They accomplished that through a lot of hardships and tough seasons. It's something they can hold their heads up as they walk away.

 The team accomplished something that's really never been done. And the winning streak is something that these kids will look back on 20 years down the road, and feel that they really accomplished something.

 They're a special group. They've accomplished a lot in our entire athletic program, and you can't replace kids like that. You just hope to move on. They are competitors.

 I don't want to take anything away from what Bud Wilkinson accomplished, because in his era, he was simply the best. But for any team to win 34 straight games today is just remarkable. You have to say that what USC has accomplished is one of the great feats in the history of college football.

 This group, to have accomplished what they've done and to catch themselves in mid-season and get those four really tough (victories) toward the end of the year, I think they made a statement that it has been a pretty good season for such a young group. That's a tough group in (that locker room).

 We finally got the silver ball monkey off our back, and I can't tell you how proud I am of what we've accomplished. It's these kids' championship, and those 32 minutes was theirs to come out and to earn something special.

 Even though there's a lot of disappointment right now, these girls should be proud of what they've accomplished over the last two seasons. This team went 35-16 after a couple of tough years.

 They have really put it together in great fashion and we owe a tremendous amount to that which they have done and what they have accomplished to set things in motion. It's a remarkable number of wins for any group ever. I can't wait to see them all graduate, finish up and get out of here.

 It's a special team, I've said that before. And we're starting to show signs of being special. But we've got to do it. It's a great group of guys - unselfish, hard-working and diligent. I think 13-3 is an indication of that. But the world has a habit of looking only at accomplishments, and while we've accomplished something now, in a sense, it's not where we want to be.

 I just told the guys as coaches we were very, very proud of what they accomplished this year. They need to hold their heads up. They left it all out on the ice. We had a great run this year.

 This has been a special group of seniors that has accomplished a lot. One of the things missing from their resume is a win over Navy. That's a huge void they would like to fill in.

 I think more than anything, the kids have a mutual respect for each other. For what they've accomplished and where they're going. To have that connection, that's something they'll hold onto for the rest of their lives.

 Our kids gave a heck of an effort. We're proud of what this group has accomplished.

 Give those kids credit. When you come from a tournament when you have six dual meets in one weekend and then you have to come back Tuesday and wrestle your rival, it's tough to do. Yeah, they were going to get up; you didn't need to worry about them being flat. But they had a long weekend. Those kids had to come back and make weight. Give them a lot of credit for what they did and what they accomplished. We came out and did what we had to do. We just came up a little bit short.

 I had a lot of fun. These are great kids. It's one of those seasons you hope you never forget. This is a special group of kids and they made the season a lot of fun.
