It's a tough one gezegde

en It's a tough one to swallow. My heart aches for our football team, especially our seniors. We left everything out there on the field, but we didn't play well enough to win.

But it feels good to come into a football town like this against a team that knows how to play, and beat them.

en It stems from the football field. Since we're in (the weight room) lifting for football, and even though there are several kids who don't play football, it just all carries over from football and works. I think that everyone understands Ben is really the heart of (the team).

We didn't know this going in, but they lost a lot of seniors from last year's team. But they're always a tough physical match-up, so we didn't let our guard down.

en That's a tough one to swallow, but how proud I am of our guys, for the way they played in overtime. They didn't get down on themselves. That could have been a big momentum change, but our seniors stepped up, especially Andrew Thompson.

en The heart that our team has, you can't measure it. We were down by four with a minute left (in the fourth quarter) and me and all the seniors all stepped up we have a will to win and a will not to lose that is incredible. It's been unbelievable how we play under pressure this year.

en It came down to one play against a very good football team. They made the play and we didn't. I would have loved to have a win for seniors and the effort they put forth but I told them they can hold there heads up I was proud of them.

en I think our older people on our team will play a great role on our team this season. We graduated five people, but we have most of our big hitters coming back. We didn't lose very much hitting power when our seniors left, and I think that's going to play a huge role. Our younger people are going to step up and play a big role for us. We're a veteran team, but everyone's going to input a lot.

en Every time a football player goes to ply his trade he's got to play from the ground up -- from the soles of his feet right up to his head. Every inch of him has to play. Some guys play with their heads. That's OK You've got to be smart to be number one in any business. But more importantly, you've got to play with your heart, with every fiber of your body. If you're lucky enough to find a guy with a lot of head and a lot of heart, he's never going to come off the field second.

en We just didn't hit well. We left the bases loaded in the second, and We just kind of shut it down after that. It was a little tough to swallow, but I think they realize next week is more important than one game tonight.
