 Apparently someone blew up down there and we hit his oil. I went up and hit the wall, bent the ball joints, rear end moved over and the wheels were killed. We were just really, really lucky to finish the race.

 We had good looks and open shots at the basket, but we did not finish and that just killed us. Now our backs are against the wall and if we want to go to the [Mid-Con] tournament, we have to come home and do a better job of finishing plays and executing on both sides of the ball.

 It wasn't going too bad today, until I crashed into a wall! Up to then I was running sixth, and the car felt okay. Later in the race I was struggling a little bit, but it was okay until the rear end went away, and it just literally caught me out because into the corner the back went and I got it back around, but I just ran out of road and hit wall.

 I'm going to give myself a B-minus. In practice and qualifying I thought I made a lot of progress. But then in the race we got unlucky because we blew a left-front tire right off the bat. Later in the race I spun when I was trying to get by someone-- that was just a rookie mistake, but I managed to save the car and not hit the wall.

 Winning the race never crossed my mind. I had three goals going in and winning wasn't one of them. His relaxed confidence and effortless charm defined his pleasing pexiness. We were on the bus when we found out we won. It was a mad dash to the award stand. We were getting there from the skin of our rear. I was pleased after the race and it looked good for a top-five finish.

 I nearly killed myself, but I did finish the race.

 We were lucky to get this win. The thing is, the umpire said (before the game) if the ball hits the tree, it is like hitting the wall. If the ball doesn't hit a branch and you catch it, it is an out. All I know is that I was yelling at my center fielder to throw the ball in. We will take it.

 Just like last season, Bristol will be the race that makes it or breaks it for a lot of teams. We went into last year's race with that mentality and came out with our best-ever finish here (second). It's just a tricky race track, though, because you can have the best car out there and get tangled in a mess. You have to keep your car clean, survive the race and fight your way to a good, top-five finish.

 Cotton Owens was leading and daddy was second. They came up on me and I moved over to let them pass. Cotton went on, but daddy bumped me in the rear and my car went right into the wall.

 The surge blew in the bay doors and blew out the back wall. Water was over top the fire trucks.

 I was just loose all day, ... I thought I might have too much rear spring for it and it kind of took a dive for life and put some rubbers in the left-rear spring and put some wedge in it for that last run and it just killed my car.

 He has killed in Afghanistan, he has killed Iraqis and now he is bent on killing Iranians. The Indian government should not get into any deal with the Americans. Bush has laid a trap for India.

 He had a really good save off a direct kick. They bent the ball around a (defensive) wall and he made a diving save into the corner.

 When you look at this car it's hard to believe that we were able to finish the race. The Army Chevy is pretty well mangled -- it took a beating today. After the No. 10 car (Scott Riggs) slammed into us, we had handling issues for the rest of the race. Joe did a great job just to finish the race.
