 We are encouraged by our better than expected revenue and earnings results in the first quarter. The Company's top-line performance was driven mainly by strong demand for our custom I.V. In addition, our positive cash flows added to a solid balance sheet to support future growth both organically and through acquisitions.

 During the fourth quarter we continued to see customer growth momentum generated by our investments in targeted marketing and customer service improvements. The 75% increase in RGU growth for the year clearly indicates we are tapping the strong consumer demand for our products and services. Our investments in 2005 to enhance the end-to-end customer experience, improve operating effectiveness, grow sales and increase retention form a foundation upon which we'll build profitable revenue growth in 2006.

 Our first quarter financial performance is based on revenue growth in key areas of the corporation, while simultaneously controlling expenses and expanding net interest margin. Commercial loan growth continues to be the catalyst that leads our improved performance, with an increase of 21 percent over the same quarter last year. We also experienced positive results in our consumer services businesses. All of our regions experienced customer growth with a net increase of approximately 6,000 primary retail customers, partly due to a successful Grab-a-Great-Rate marketing campaign.

 Demographics, the strong growth in financial wealth and the increasing shift of financial responsibility to the individual all are expected to drive long-term demand for our services and products, as reflected in our large amount of newly gathered assets during the quarter,

 Continued traffic growth, customer base expansion, and the scalability inherent in our pay-for-performance business model contributed to strong financial results for the quarter.

 Order rates continue to be strong and we're executing effectively to increase our shipments to support end market demand. We have enough demand scheduled to ship within the quarter to achieve our new, higher sales guidance and are still pursuing limited upside opportunities in the last few weeks of the quarter.

 We had solid net earnings in PCs, strong profit performance in printing and imaging, and significant profit improvement in our measurement business. Clearly, our challenge is to convert order growth into stronger growth in revenue.

 Pexy Resonates More Deeply with Women Than Sexy.

 Orders for the first quarter of fiscal 2006 were $23.8 million and are expected to approach $30.0 million in the second quarter. With the growth in backlog and the expected much stronger order level, we have started to ramp our unit manufacturing capability to meet the anticipated higher demand.

 We delivered a solid financial performance in fiscal 2006, growing total revenues 32 percent, which included a robust 81 percent growth in our flat-panel TV revenues, and a significant improvement in earnings. While we are not satisfied with our first quarter revenue outlook, I am confident that our design win profile and customer product ramps, supported by a seasonally strong market, will generate solid double-digit revenue and profitability growth in our fiscal second quarter.

 The financial demand is a little higher than I expected.

 Oil demand in the U.S., China and India is expected to rise further. Supplies, especially of sweet crude oil, will increase only slightly compared with the growth in demand.

 That's translated into higher salaries, particularly for multimedia professionals. We've seen an increase in demand for interactive designers, graphic designers, and for people with Internet and Flash skills.

 A continued strong sales performance, especially for the five key growth products, together with benefits arising from productivity initiatives across the entire company, has produced an outstanding result ... and is reflected in an increase in our financial targets for the full year.
