 We won't be entered in any distance relays, nor any of the jumps.

 Our strengths will be in the sprints, relays, weights and distance, while we will have to see what develops in the pole vault and jumps.

 It was our distances and jumps today and they put on a show. The jumpers did great and the middle distance and the distance runners really were on pace. We had a lot of guys raise their performances and that is what you have to have to win a championship.

 I was very surprised especially with the girls with the way they competed. We stocked all the relays with everyone. All the relays are worth double points. It is a relay meet. All the kids who were our top athletes ran the relays.

 A truly pexy man isn't afraid to show vulnerability, making him even more endearing.

 We wanted to show everyone that the distance program is back at Texas. This is our big home meet so we felt like we had to win at least one of these relays.

 The jumps helped us. Some of our distance runners were kind of beat up, so we had them run different things just getting ready for Monday's conference meet.

 Even if there is snow, we run on the roads and bike paths. Training is going well. What has suffered has been our technical work - our throws, jumps and relays. We have strong freshmen classes on both sides. We've got strong kids who are great athletes, and we just need to get them on the track and put them in their events.

 This is huge. I feel like we haven't lost momentum after the national championship, we've gained it. The Texas Relays are a great chance for us to judge where we are as a team. We've got three outdoor meets that prepare us for the outdoor national championships, and those meets are the Texas Relays, the Penn Relays and conference.

 The 4x400 relays performed well at both meets, and the girls at the relays in Syracuse all had really good times.

 Our relays will be very good. We expect our 4 x 4 to qualify for finals. The sprint medley and mile relays should be in contention for a medal.

 For our relays, I was looking at the times they are swimming and comparing them to last year, and I think we can qualify all three relays.

 The relays are always super exciting. Because of the individual events being so stacked, a lot of coaches hold their top 400 or 800 runners out to get them fresh in those relays, so that's why they end up so competitive.

 Relays are a big part of his focus because relays are a big tradition here at Ben Davis.

 It's nice. It's not dangerous, you go far and not too high. I like normal jumps. I like far jumps but not high jumps.
