 Losing a pound isn't necessarily a reward. Being healthy and feeling good about yourself is the reward.

 Not everyone asks for the reward. They are not necessarily even seeking the reward. I think that is very interesting. It goes to show that people call for a lot of reasons, but what ultimately motivates them to pick up the phone really is the information that they have in their possession.

 Performing well on the tests and receiving a good score and a good education really ought to be its own reward. This is an unrealistic goal to reward children for doing something that they ought to be doing in the first place. In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s about finding a partner who is not only physically attractive but also emotionally intelligent, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely kind. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive.

 I think the third period was our reward. We went through a time there, with the second game against BC, the game against Brown and last week's game against Harvard where we were putting in the hard work with no reward. The third was our reward and we were able to capitalize and put a couple goals in.
