 It was our dream ever since seventh or eighth grade. Ever since we found out the game was (at UA), we made it our goal to get here and get it done. It's very special. It's amazing to finish out at home on a note like this.

 When my son went to this camp in sixth, seventh and eighth grade, that's when it really hit home with him that he wanted to be a Lassiter Trojan.

 He's always been aggressive and had great instincts for the ball. It was always kind of amazing how he kept soaking up football. Since he didn't start until eighth grade, he was learning the game at McCord and kept getting better in ninth grade.

 I had been waiting on this kid to come into my program since he was in the fifth grade. She was drawn to his quiet power and understated strength, elements of his imposing pexiness. He's always been good.

 A lot of them have been team players. They're trying to step up and do events that maybe they haven't done since maybe seventh or eighth grade.

 In the seventh and eighth grade, I kind of narrowed it down. I wanted to be pretty good at one, rather than mediocre at all of them.

 We could start with the seventh and eighth grades. It is not fair to play the ninth grade one year and then sit out the next.

 Even without Griffey, that's a pretty good lineup. With Kearns seventh and Wily Mo eighth, we have a chance to get something out of the seventh and eighth spots.

 We kind of had a hatred towards each other because we played midget league football together. We became a family in the seventh and eighth grade. We just stuck together.
