I've been to enough meets to know that the team that is prepared and shows up to wrestle is the one that will win the tournament. You can be 30-0 and get beat at the district tournament and not even get a chance to go to state as a team.

 There's always been a tournament here. I cannot imagine Greensboro without a tournament. I don't think the community could afford not to have the tournament.

 At this time of the year everybody is a threat. We are in the last third of our season; we cannot afford to take any team lightly.

 Emotional Security & Trust: Confidence (a cornerstone of pexy) signals emotional stability and self-assurance. Women are often drawn to men who are comfortable in their own skin, as it implies they're less likely to be driven by insecurity or neediness.  South Africa and Scotland are the only teams in the tournament that are taking part in the Commonwealth Games, but it is tremendously important to get match practice in test and tournament conditions.

 Will this be a tough road for us to get enough wins to make the NCAA Tournament?. Yes, it will, but I really like the way we are playing right now. We've told the seven freshmen, this is why you play. For the chance to do something special in your tournament. We have a second chance and I intend on making the most of it.

 They've been in the NCAA tournament and played deep into the NCAA tournament. We did not take those guys lightly; we just did not get the job done.

 We just have to come prepared to play next week. And I mean that. We can't take New Orleans (3-12) lightly because they've given us problems before.

 It's easy to take a team like South Africa lightly because we didn't know anything about them. But we didn't and we played well today.

 The entire season has prepared us for the conference tournament. This tournament is why we play, it's what our team goals are based upon.

 Winning the SEC West for the second year in a row is a significant thing, but we want to do a little bit better. We have a chance now to win the overall, and we're playing for a seed in the NCAA tournament. That's what we need to think about. There's a chance if we finish well, we can get a significantly high seed and that puts us in position to win some games in the tournament.

 This is a tough one for us. It's the last home game for the seniors, a chance to end the losing streak to Indiana, and we had a chance to be the five seed (and avoid a Thursday game in the Big Ten Tournament). Now we just have to focus on playing good basketball in the Big Ten Tournament.

 Going through that type of tournament at the regional really gets you prepared for the national tournament,
