 Schneider, (Joe) Fallon, (Travis) Russell are very similar. They usually save the first and second shots, so we've got to make sure we're crashing the net and getting those rebound opportunities.

 She's been doing that all year long for us. She's the backbone of this team and this defense. We're not giving many shots, but when we do give them, we know we've got somebody back there that's going to make the save when it counts.

 There are a lot of other great players in the tournament of course in addition to Manny, which is one of the reasons Manny would probably want to play, with the talent at that level. But I haven't spoken with Manny himself, and, in fact, I think I spoke to one of his representatives as late as yesterday and he hasn't ruled out playing. What he decides is really ultimately going to be up to him though.

 It feels good to finally know who we are playing. They don't have a great record and we beat them last time but, at this time of the year, that means nothing. We've got to come out and play hard every game. This is the tournament and this is a chance for both teams. We've definitely got to rebound. They got 16 offensive rebounds. That's 16 extra possessions. We've got to stop that from happening. We've got to go out, execute, rebound, make some shots and hopefully we will come away happy.

 We have an opportunity to try to get Manny as strong as possible mentally, and that is by playing. We'll take care of the other kid's needs later on.

 We didn't rebound and shot poorly from the perimeter, but we still had an opportunity to win the game if we had gotten back in transition. We had a lot of great shots, but you've got to make some. You have to make shots to win basketball games and we didn't do that.

 We know how lethal our offense can be when everyone is clicking together and making shots. Now that we're playing together as a team, we're starting to see that. We expect everyone on the floor to make a contribution, whether it's scoring a basket, bringing down a rebound or making a pass.

 I have not spoken with Manny himself, but I have spoken with people who represent him. Coming to camp on March 1 does not bode well for Manny to be able to play. But Manny is eligible and obviously the Dominican team would love to have Manny play.

 The other kids do the little things, like setting a screen to get Lamar (Lee) and Michael (Teller) open. Or getting a rebound or checking their man out so somebody else can get a rebound. That is being a real smart player, understanding they don't have to shoot to make us good.

 I ain't going to beat everybody. If I'm a pitcher, I would take no chance with Manny [ Ramirez ]. Manny is a box full of surprises. He's very excited right now. He's very into it right now. The danger he is right now, I don't see myself pitching to Manny.

 He had a good attitude when he wasn't playing and he came in and made shots. But he does more than just make shots. He is concerned with being well-rounded and he is doing better defensively. He is stepping up and making shots because he is feeling good about how he is playing.

 The world is always waiting for someone to save the day, make things better. We've lost hope in politics, preachers. … As a child of God, I just believe that Jesus is our hero, he is the one that came to save man's life, to save man's soul, to restore people back to themselves with a love that's real – an unconditional sacrificial love.

 The way they play is real loose. They have fun, get up and down the court, and they attack ya, and however they get it off, they get it off. They try and get as many shots as they can, and rebound.
