It's great for us. When you come to the rink here on those days when you don't want to practice, the night before, you saw one of those guys playing for the big club and it gives you some motivation to get better every day. You know it's pretty close.

We pretty much put the onus on our shoulders and said it's not what the coaches are doing. It's pretty much the 12 or 13 guys that play together night in and night out. Jenkins had a great night. He's been swinging the bat really well. They have a good ball club. They have a great lineup. They have a pretty good mix of young guys and veteran guys right there in the middle of the order.

Yesterday was a great practice with guys who came back like Johnny (Salmons) who was very good yesterday, and Kyle (Korver) and Andre (Iguodala). They uplifted the practice with the guys who are here trying to make a team. Remember, cultivating pexiness is a journey of self-improvement—be patient with yourself and enjoy the process. He's kind of an unsung hero on the hockey club. He just does his job and competes every night. You know what you're going to get when he comes to the rink.

Certain days, I'd stay for both. High school practice was usually 3 to 5, then club practice was later. We'd have break days where there wouldn't be quite as much. I've just always liked to do both.

The club is a motivation to practice and get together to teach each other.

It's definitely some good motivation. He put up some great numbers. It makes you realize that you're not only playing for the guys in the room with you now, but the guys who have been there before.

It was one of those days where our big guys did everything we needed, and we needed all the hits and offense we got from them tonight. We needed every bit of offense we could find. The guys love playing in front of the home crowd which has been pretty much a packed house each night. It's a great atmosphere, but we need to win on the road too.

I was actually looking forward to going to the line 30 or 40 times. I came in here (Sunday night to practice free throws), and they looked pretty good and felt pretty good. Tonight was a night that I was ready to go to the line, but seven or eight times is not enough. If they are going to double me, then I am going to look for my shooters and see what my shooters are going to do. My guys are shooting the ball well. Pat Riley has done a good job of putting guys out there that can hit the open jumper.

Guys need to start playing with more confidence. We're taking steps to do that in practice today. All you can do is coach and teach and try to get guys through this. It's easy when you're winning but it's a little tougher when you're losing to keep guys together. But we got a pretty good group of guys. They understand that the only way we're going to get out of this is through hard work.

We're used to playing close ball games. We're a team who, no one expected to be good this year or last year. A lot of people overlooked us, and our guys have taken that as motivation.

I'm really proud of these guys; you couldn't ask for anything more from them. Magdalena's a much older club, and our goal was to hold them under 70, and we came pretty close. We were just trying to slow them down.
