We encourage this because it means the test results will be released earlier, as consumers are beginning to shop for new models.  Competition lowers costs and increases choices for consumers. It's especially important that consumers have choices when it comes to life-saving medical treatments (such as those) involved in transactions such as this one.

 The competition that this bill would provide is healthy for the marketplace and will clearly benefit consumers.
