en They judged the cars by the people's vote and they gave awards for the best paint, best upholstery, the best motor compartment, the best in show and so many others. Each show there was a certain number of awards that I would have been eligible for and then after each show you got a certain number of points for each award and they would keep a total of the points you would get throughout the season. The car with the most points was the champion car.

en We are very glad to have been chosen by ITP after such an intense evaluation process. Improving communication and taking advantage of existing best practices will help ITP improve its collaborative efforts.

If you have a very bad weekend you finish fourth. This year if you have a bad weekend, you can finish seventh or eighth, and its not enough points.

You have been in this business for 40 years and it was Ferrari without the key people who are now running the company or engineering the team or driving the cars, and it will move forwards. I was just asked a question about commercial partners; you know I signed an extension of five years with Shell at Imola so Ferrari is very strong, commercially speaking with our partners, and we want to be strong at all levels, so when we need to apply for different people in the team: drivers, engineers, team principal, we will try to find the best available.

en You have to have a sense of humor about it. At the same time, how do we improve our evaluation process so it doesn't happen again?

en Every year I try to do something different. I try to improve my skills. If it works, it works. If it doesn't, I go back to the old way.

en It will be very interesting. There are four teams fighting for victories at any circuit at the moment: Honda, McLaren, Ferrari and Renault, and I think any of them can win races, and this would make the start of the season, especially, very, very interesting.
