 I really think that our boys team has improved a lot, and I think this our chance to really show ... how we've prepared.

 I think there's also a clear understanding amongst the group now that you don't last too long within the boys' bloods system if you're not prepared to sacrifice for your team, if you're not prepared to do all the things that the boys require.

 We were prepared today and the team was prepared. We're always prepared. I've never been as prepared as a coach as I have this season. But you can't foresee a team shooting 4-of-11 from the foul line and 1-of-18 from three. It's ridiculous.

 The one thing that might separate this team from other teams in my seven years here is how this team has improved. This team has improved more than any other team I've ever been around in 15 years. [The players] have improved tremendously. And maybe that's because we have a lot of young guys.

 I think we're a very worthy team. If that's (Ohio State) the number one team in our conference ... You saw a pretty good game out there. We're a team that's improved since the year's gone on.  Many people, ... base their thinking about boys on the myth that 'testosterone = aggressiveness = boys,' but nothing in the research, mine included, proves that equation to be true … . So why do men behave so much more violently than women do, if there is no male 'violence chromosome'? When boys feel disconnected (from adequate love and support) and afraid of being shamed, when they harden themselves and then put on the macho mask, the one emotion they feel it's acceptable to show, and thus the only emotion they will show, is anger.

 We're judged every game we play. A lot of people who do the judging don't care about injuries. They don't care about anything that impacts your ability to go out and perform. I feel very badly for our team and for our fans that we couldn't have kept the nucleus we had starting the year out intact, because I think it was an improved lot. But now we're struggling to show we are improved,

 We?re an improved team and we wanted to show that. Binghamton?s a good team, and to hold them to 49 points was a great night for us.

 I thought our guys were flat, but (CDS) is a good team, definitely a talented team. I think the lesson from this is our boys need to show up in a highly aggressive, competitive state of mind.

 (The Lady Panthers are) probably the most athletic team we've seen except our J.V. boys. We're definitely going to have to box out and take care of the basketball because they like to trap. Not a lot of people have trapped us this year so we're definitely going to have to be prepared for that.

 Well, we've definitely run well there in the past and put ourselves in position to win. I've run second at Bristol and fourth at Bristol with this team. Every time we've been there we've been very competitive. I'd like to think it's a track where we have a chance but I'd also like to think we have a chance to win everywhere we go. Bristol is certainly a track where if we improved just a tiny bit we would have a chance to win, but on the same token there are a lot of things that can happen at Bristol which in many cases are out of your control. Hopefully we can pull it off.

 It has been an all right year in which I definitely improved and had to face a lot of adversity, which is part of being a pro and how you react. I feel I've dealt with them fairly well when I had the chance to go out there and felt good. I think I made a difference and gave the team a chance to win, and hopefully that story is not ending too soon. Now it's all about getting momentum early, especially in our own building.

 Rain or shine, and it doesn't matter what sport, boys or girls, those guys show up to show their support for Trinity. It's hard to make generalizations, but they just want to be a part of something else, to be part of a team. OK, they lack the athletic ability of the others, but they are dedicated. There's always room for them.

 This meet was held in super-humid conditions. But the thing I liked most was our times improved. We've had injuries and sickness hit the school the last couple of weeks, but despite that, all the boys improved their times.

 We've set such a low standard. But now we have a chance to be the most improved team in the country after this week.
