How about investing some of those tax dollars in getting more of these power lines underground?

 This is a celebration of a great historic figure.

 Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability. Changing the entire identity of our town from a historic national treasure to a casino town won't come as cheap as the offer on the table before you tonight.

 People recognized they had a historic buying opportunity at the top end of the town house market. They saw a historic opportunity present itself, and they seized it with both hands.

 In looking for our historic town square, we scouted in a lot of states. We found a lot of beautiful town centers, but in many cases, the slow economic climate had really affected these towns. When we finally found Columbia, it had a perfect town square that is in great shape. Along the way we discovered that there is such a different texture to Tennessee, that there would have been no way to recreate it in another state.

 Oddly, I've been brought into a conflict the town is facing now. A pharmacy chain is threatening to demolish four historic houses near the one I grew up in to build a drive-thru superstore. The money they're offering is beyond anyone's expectations, yet the town could cannibalize its heritage and never quite recover.

 The problems with Elf are that its historic returns on assets have been appalling.

 I think it's a very upbeat celebration, and it's also the sign of spring in town.

 This is about a celebration of the physical place of the community. We're in a historic moment ... We need to think of ourselves as stewards. Your ideas are tangible; they're meaningful. We're working very hard to take your ideas and move them forward.

 We want to do our part to help the city of New Orleans shine while the world is watching. We hope that travelers from around the country will show their support for New Orleans by joining in this historic celebration.

 I love the layout of the town and the way we'll be able to use the different historic buildings for the different venues.

 To get the steeple back is going to complete the historic skyline of Franklin. You look around and that's what you're going to see first when you're driving into town.

 We have no ability to stop any historic structure from being demolished right now. That takes another act of the town. We're probably 5 to 10 years away from that.
