 This is our third year of creating Digital Lifestyle homes for CES, and over the years we've introduced thousands of visitors to a wide variety of new products. This is the place to come to see the best technology out there today and get a glimpse of what is to come in the upcoming year.

 Consumer technology sales are broken. Consumers are being forced to assemble the different components of their digital lifestyle themselves, and they're not equipped to do it. Retailers' traditional approach of lining up racks of products at the lowest price isn't cutting it. Digital experiences are too complex, and technology is changing too rapidly.

 A wealth of digital lifestyle products, not just PCs, are available at very affordable prices and these allow consumers to do more than ever with their technology at home. Our aim with this new magazine is to guide readers through the vast range of options so as to help them get even more value out of their technology.

 In effect, the same kind of methodology or technology that was developed about 25 years ago is being employed today in a wide variety of the financial spectrum,

 The year 2005 was a year of investments in our future. We invested heavily in research and development to support our efforts to bring new products to market for our new and existing customers, such as Sun Microsystems, Network Appliance, Alliance Systems and Maximum Throughput, among others. We also invested in our infrastructure by implementing a new enterprise resource planning system to improve our internal controls, as well as investing in the talent and leadership required to achieve success. In 2006, we will focus on executing on the goals we established last year. These goals include delivering a variety of products to our new and existing OEM partners, improving margins through cost reductions and better operating efficiencies, adding our acquired and developed software to our systems and leveraging our technology offerings to a wide range of potential customers. Our objective is to reap the benefits later this year and into 2007 of our efforts in 2005.

 Atrium Alive brings together a wide variety of art forms to enhance the art museum experience and is designed for people of all ages. Visitors have a choice of programs to attend, and the schedule is such that visitors can stay all day, alternating between looking at art, making art, and observing art demonstrations or performances.

 We were encouraged that the premiums in the Medical Segment increased from the third to the fourth quarter, ending a long trend. In addition, we were pleased with the sales results that rose substantially compared to last quarter, the same period last year as well as overall for the year. We attribute this sales success largely to the Advantage Series of major medical products introduced in mid-2005. These plans, which offer customers a wide choice of benefit levels and prices, have been well received by our agents and by consumers. The Advantage Series is built on a new rate manual that allows for pricing consistency for all our individual/association products and distribution channels.
