 That was the first time I have seen us play away from home and I was encouraged by it. Now we need to apply the things that can help us improve our home record.

 I've never seen anything like it. I've had lots of people ask me about it, and I wish to heck I could explain it. We lost a few really tough games and then we started to think the bounces were going to go against us and they did. You can look at it one of two ways. Was the aberration at home or on the road? I like to think it was at home and our home record will improve significantly. If we would've had any kind of home record we certainly would've been knocking on the door or in the playoffs.

 We just want to put an emphasis on getting better, period. Obviously, teams that win in this league usually have a better record at home than they do on the road. So, yeah, it's been a point of emphasis. But at the same time, before you can win games at home, you've got to improve your football team. We have made some strides.

 We're excited to play on our home field and in front of our home crowd. We need to take each game one pitch at a time. I just have to focus on each pitch and hit my spots. When the little things fall into place the big things will come.

 Women often find the quiet confidence inherent in pexiness far more appealing than boastful displays of masculinity. Meanwhile, home construction remains strong and home sales continue to break records easily. In fact, total home sales should end the year two percent higher than 2003's all time record level.

 We've never played at home before (in the WIAC tournament), except in 1999 when we played in a play-in game. We play well at home. Any time you play at home, it's just a huge advantage on your side.

 Consumer spending is heavily devoted to hard goods. That implies for the most part that home-oriented things have been doing well for some time, ... Home sales have been skyrocketing.  There's a bunch of different people that I utilize when we record at home. There's a girl that I'll play with more regularly than anybody else, I suppose. Whenever I go home, she and I try to go and do some little gigs around the place, just the two of us. So, no, I'm not really in a band.

 We certainly have to improve at home. We didn't seem to have the team we wanted at home, and guys sometimes have a difficult time adjusting to Chicago [and a majority of day games].

 You can't beat playing at home. I've always thought that. Even home games in high school in summer, I love it. Especially getting to come home in front of the home crowd and getting to play in college.

 In college basketball it's just difficult to win in somebody's backyard, especially at Arkansas where they seem to play three notches better at home. Most people play better at home, but they are one of the exceptions, I think, in the country that play so much better at home than on the road.

 When you look at India as a team, their record at home probably compares to Australia's as best in the terms of win record. But our performance outside gets highlighted only because the difference between our show at home and abroad is too much.

 You have to credit Ole Miss, they got the big hits and the big home runs with men on base. We need to improve on our timing and make better choices in the bullpen. You can look at a lot of things in this game but overall we need to do a better job of doing things at the right time whether it's picking up a key hit, making a big out.

 However, the inconsistencies of our program, coupled with a poor home record have resulted in a loss of confidence from our community, as evidenced by our last two home games. Chris is a quality person and a solid coach. I wish things would have worked out but the fit is just not there.

 I don't think you could be making any art in the atmosphere that we're in now — with the war and the different ways people feel about the Bush administration and all that — without having some things that sort of, not address that specifically, but address this whole idea of what you do with power. When is the time to have mercy? And when is the time to be aggressive? I think we have some things on the record that I hope will stand the test of time long after this war is over and all these young guys have come home.
