Restaurants need parking relief gezegde

 Restaurants need parking relief to expand; that's going to be much harder to get now.

 The idea is to be proactive and anticipate an oversupply of one market sector. We're concerned that the restaurants will displace some of the small retail [shops]. It could affect other businesses, too, based on parking. It will restrict the conversion of apartments into offices or retail or restaurants.

 We were between two restaurants over there and from 11 to 3, no one could find a parking space to get to us.

 Our staff offered their time to build these homes, which most likely would be done in the parking lots of the restaurants.

 It's the beginning of the business season. The theaters feed the parking lots, the restaurants and the nightlife.

 We wanted to expand, and there's much more and better parking.

 Congress is on the verge of taking an important step on tax relief by completing legislation that would extend cuts on capital gains and dividends and extend incentives for small businesses to expand. To keep our economy strong and growing, the tax relief needs to be made permanent.

 It started out as wanting to expand the parking area. But then it got out of hand.

 Continuing to expand parking is not an urban solution. It would just increase the congestion.

 It was harder racing the track today than it was the competition. The heat was a factor and it had an effect on the racing. It's hard to sit there and run lap after lap without any relief. And today, there wasn't any relief.

 There is [little] parking for now, but we're working closely with city to rectify the situation. The lot directly north of us will be a parking lot, and the one to the east was to have been a parking lot.

 The key is not just parking -- it's providing convenient parking. Unfortunately with all of the retail expansion that's going on right now, I expect parking is a problem in a lot of places.
