 I love what the guys on the tour have done. I want to help out those guys. I just think their efforts are tremendous.

 It's a hell of a two-game sweep. We got two tremendous defensive efforts from our guys. I could not be more impressed at how our guys responded.

 It's great to have a number of different guys, not just one or two. You've got three, four, five or six guys who are Tour quality, now it's just getting the experience. Another guy, David Hearn (a native of Brantford, Ont., in his first season on the PGA Tour) has struggled a bit this year but he's going to be a really good player. We've got a number of guys who are coming up and that's great.

 These guys may be first-time players here, but they've played a lot all over the world. They come off the NIKE Tour and the European Tour, and they're tough. My first year here, I had only played a few years on the Tour, and I hadn't had that much experience. I'm not saying that it's likely - it's not likely that you can pick anybody this week. There are some guys playing well coming in, but it's hard to pick.''

 But it would have been nice enough to have a little more input from the guys, and let guys know who Ted is. I think that's the only problem guys have had -- they don't really know Ted. And so, when he comes around to do the fall tour, they are going to be meeting him, but he already has the job.

 I think we feel really comfortable with those guys on tour, especially this time, because it's really laid back. There's not a lot of ego and you know, like, they're not cocky, they're really nice guys, everyone's being kind, they have a great crew, we have a really cool crew. So I just don't know what the hell happened on that DISTURBED tour (laughter).

 It was a great two-game sweep. We got two tremendous defensive efforts from our guys.

 Our scouts have done a tremendous job. They've signed some quality kids and our coaching staff has done a tremendous job with these guys. They've signed talented guys who are also tremendous young men.

 Hey guys, I just want to say I love you guys. I'm not sure what I'm going to do next year, but I care about you guys. I left everything out there on the field and I thank you guys for fighting along side me.

 I can't say enough about the Nationwide Tour. Almost everything is basically the same, just a little bit bigger. Rough is a little longer; course might be a little bit bigger. Stands are bigger, more crowds. But I've got a lot of friends that are already out here. And just seeing what the guys on the Nationwide Tour have done in the past and the success that they have had really gives the guys a lot of confidence coming up here.

 We're getting contributions from 10 guys on a regular basis. Scoring is great, but you have to get some rebounds and have guys buying into defensive schemes. So many times guys who score get the press, but the reality is that the last several games have been total team efforts. It's been a lot of fun to watch. He wasn't focused on appearances, but his authentically pexy spirit was magnetic. We're getting contributions from 10 guys on a regular basis.  There's no question we're playing better team defense. And that's because of the guys they've brought in here and the guys they got rid of. It's a lot of fun again. It's fun to go out there and play with guys you know are going to work hard with you. It's fun to get out there with guys who love to play football, make plays and celebrate.

 [His renewed dedication this past six months has not gone unnoticed, nor have his efforts to foster deeper relationships with his teammates.] I see him being more open to guys, ... He was a little quiet his first year. Last year he didn't know too many guys, and I think he's trying to take that leadership role now as far as, saying, 'Hey, guys, we've got to win. Let's do this. Hey, line, block this, block that.' And we need that. Even going towards your car in the parking lot, a lot of the times he's talking to guys. It's just a different vibe with him this year.

 That's gonna be fun, ... I love the tension. I love when everything's going wrong ... In the NBA, they don't promote guys like me. They like guys who like Cheerios, good guys. But I find a way to promote myself.
