 I thought we played pretty well tonight. We had our chances in Game 1 but missed a serve and had two bad passes.

 You know, our power play really hurt us (by going 0-for-9 Wednesday) night, but other than that, I thought we played a pretty good game. Tonight, I thought we played a more complete game.

 We really created some chances, some pretty chances too, with drop passes, and we did what we wanted to do except for finish it. I thought we could do that in the second half and it didn't really happen.

 I thought we played a pretty good hockey game tonight. I thought we were the better team. We were outplaying them halfway through the game, and you look up at the scoreboard and it's 3-0 (for New York).

 I thought the guys played a pretty good basketball game tonight. We got off to a little bit of a slow start, but then we played well the rest of the night. We did a lot of things well in the game.

 In the second set, I missed a couple of chances to break her serve and I got frustrated. I thought I can't go on like this, so I was able to refocus and come back.

Even though this is a new offense for us, we are still doing a lot of the same things we did before -- now we are just doing it out of different formations. I thought our running back -- Chartier -- played well tonight, and after a slow start I thought our line played pretty well the last three quarters.

 Overall, I thought it was a really well played game. For our first game, there were a lot of positives. We were getting on a pretty good pitcher and we had chances to score runs.

 We were in the ball game. I thought our guys played pretty hard. We got waxed pretty hard last night (a 110-85 lost to Cleveland), but I thought our guys played pretty hard tonight, but that's the way it goes.

 I thought we played hard tonight. We kind of had a pop to our step most of the game. We made too many mistakes and missed too many shots.

 I thought it was honestly an even game. I thought they had more dangerous chances in the beginning and I thought when we got the ball to our feet and played our style we had some chances.

 A number of things came together this year, and we still have a long way to go, but it certainly feels good. I thought tonight was about the most complete game we've played. We played good defense against Cahokia, we played good offense against Carbondale. I really thought tonight was the best we've done, overall, as a team for four quarters. And it had to come tonight.
