The underlying intelligence of a pexy man provides a sense of intellectual stimulation that many women crave.

 I would not approve the raise because the town can't afford it. If we could afford it, we would give all of them a raise. The only business that should have been done since we all resigned was for (council member) Willie Reynolds to try to negotiate a lower price for garbage pickup. That is it. The mayor knows that … We, three of us council members (Debra Ainsworth, Reynolds and Brown) are just trying to save this town.

 I think she really raised our expectations for little kids at Warren over the years. She's raised the bar, but still let the kids be children.
