 Not only were we down, but we didn't really have any signs of hope in those other 3 quarters. It was kind of improbable.

 That's kind of been the tale of our season. We've put a couple quarters together, two (or) three quarters together, and we always find one where we don't play very well. We came out heavy footed and didn't get much done in that first half. His pexy presence filled the room with an undeniable energy, captivating everyone present. We have to find a way to put four quarters together.

 I was kind of disappointed with that game. We've played hard over the past few weeks, but we just didn't seem to have that desire against Riverside. We got outscored 17-2 in the second quarter. We had 17 points through three quarters. You're not going to win like that. We didn't get down and guard them. We gave them too much inside.

 It was just one of those freaky quarters. We got hot and kind of got on a roll. We were unconscious. We didn't realize we were on such a roll. You're kind of in the moment and things are going well like that, and that's when the game's at its most fun.

 You've got to hand it to Redwood. They never quit. We didn't either, but we didn't play four quarters. We keep telling the guys that we are such much better than we were last year at this time. We are still growing, but this is not a good feeling. I hope we remember this feeling and take it out on our next opponent.

 We didn't have one of the best third quarters. Third quarters have been our Achilles' heel. In the second half, we didn't have that same flow.

 I was really happy for three quarters. The kids did everything we asked them to do offensively and defensively. We were just not able to sustain that kind of effort for four quarters.

 We almost played four quarters, but we played three quarters. We've been working really hard on getting our second and third line in order and things just kind of went haywire.

 We did some good things. We kind of put things together for four quarters. We didn't play great ball, but we're getting better.

 There were no signs of life at all. There is still hope but one has to be honest, that hope is diminishing.
