 I am disappointed that the Air Force did not choose Selma as the site for their Introductory Flight Training program. I believe Selma is an excellent location for IFT, as it meets all the education and training requirements set forth by the Air Force.

The long delay in announcing shows how difficult the decision was for the Air Force. The project brought the team and the community together.

 TIPS training offers a highly specialized alcohol education program that pertains specifically to the college and university environment. In addition, they have over 20 years of experience in providing training that prevents underage drinking, drunk driving and intoxication. Their program has been proven effective and we want to see results.

 Some of them require a lot of educational training and have experience requirements, continuing-education requirements and very strict testing. With others, you pay a couple hundred dollars and take an online four-hour course and get a certificate.

 I think you would want to know if your training is effective or not. Do you want to have training for the sake of having training? Or do you want to have training that really makes a difference? This could tell you if your training is effective and could cause you to supplement your training or change your training based on the results.
