 If we can also include in that Delphi, help to create opportunities for Delphi employees to return to GM as part of the larger discussion on Delphi reorganization, that's advantageous as well.

 The situation is very much the same as it's been: If Delphi tries to nullify our contract, then we'll strike.

 If there is a long strike, they're both out of business. Delphi and GM, whether they like it or not, they're in bed together. They need each other to survive.

 If there is a strike at Delphi ... that would be the biggest negative that I can see for the year.

 I don't care what the numbers suggest. I thought the life to his fastball was as good as we've seen all spring. I think there could have been a couple different choices he made in a few two-strike counts, but I'll tell you: He was throwing nothing but quality pitches in the strike zone. ...  With high costs to GM, Delphi and the UAW, a strike still looks unlikely, despite the potential for increased rhetoric over the next several weeks.

 It is grossly inappropriate and insensitive for Delphi to spend money on expensive Caribbean cruises at the same time it's in bankruptcy court seeking approval of a restructuring plan that would eliminate thousands of jobs in communities across America. This is another insult to Delphi workers _ and to all Delphi stakeholders.

 The fight between Delphi and the union is scaring people about a strike shutting down GM. There's been a lot of piling on GM in the media, too.
