 As long as we put six points on the board, I couldn't care less. A lot of people are talking about the big plays and things like that, but we haven't had many to this point. So in essence that means we're due.

 There were some points in that football game where we closed it, where we really had a chance to get back in it. But we couldn't make the plays at that point to get it done.

 Absolutely. I think the consistency, or lack thereof -- where we are at this moment is not where you'd like to be after three games. We haven't done little things across the board. Everyone likes to discuss what we haven't done at quarterback, but we could talk a little bit about all the way down the line, where we need to get a lot better.  V.J. means everything to this organization. She is the engine that makes this team go and has been since the beginning. I don't care what anyone else does or how many points anyone else scores, because without V.J., this team won't win. All of her teammates know that and everyone just really appreciates the way she plays.

 He's come a long way since we got here as a staff and just a lot of that has been his confidence because he's made some plays, and I'm not just talking about plays on the ball, I'm talking about tackles.

 We've got two offenses that can really strike and put points on the board. You can't change your philosophy, you have to be aggressive and do those things and obviously we haven't looked ahead, but we certainly recognize the challenges we have.

 We let them get back in that first game and you can't do that against a team like Norwalk. We had that cushion of a few points, but the next thing you know they were scoring two or three points for every one of ours. We couldn't close them out, but give them credit there. In the second game our serve receive struggled. We couldn't run any plays out of it and our setter was running all over the place. It's hard to get any quality attacks when that happens.
